With our products being deposit made to measure we can only offer a 24-hour cancellation period from your order placement. After this stage the order is non-cancellable, and your deposit is non-refundable.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit before an order is placed. We are also happy to accept payment in full.
Your remaining balance is due no later than the day before fitting.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a finance option currently.
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer or card payment. We do also accept cash & cheques.
This depends on the products you are having fitted and can change depending on demand. Please ask a member of the team and we will happily advise this.
This depends on what products you are having, please feel free to ask when the fitting is organised how much time the fitting is scheduled for.
We kindly ask that all personal items, furniture, and valuables are removed from the fitting area before the fitters arrive. This speeds up the fitting process and prevents damage to any personal property.
Yes, we are more than happy to remove any existing blinds please point this out to the salesman that comes over or give our office a call so we can allow extra time for this to be completed.
